PURPOSE: A lotto lottery ticket sales agent system to expand a sales network and a method thereof are provided to offer a sales opportunity of monopolized lotto lottery ticket to general businessmen and enable a buyer to conveniently buy the lotto lottery ticket. CONSTITUTION: A sales agent server is linked with a lotto lottery ticket sales system comprising a lotto lottery ticket sales device connected to a lotto lottery ticket central server, and is equipped with a database module for storing personal information and purchase information, and an interface module for forming the network. More than one sales agent terminal is connected to the sales agent server in parallel, and includes a reading module for recognizing written information of a preliminary game slip presented from the buyer, an issuance module for issuing a preliminary lotto lottery ticket, and a settlement module for receiving purchase price of the lotto lottery ticket.
