PURPOSE: A cell-transducing transport domain-p53 fusion protein and uses thereof are provided, thereby effectively transporting the p53 protein which is known as a strong tumor inhibiting protein into the cells. CONSTITUTION: The cell-transducing transport domain-p53 fusion protein in which a transport domain consisting of 6 to 12 amino acid residues and containing 3/4 or more of arginine or lysine residues is covalently bound with at least one end of the p53 protein, wherein the transport domain is at least one selected from HIV tat 49-57 residue, oligolysine, oligoarginine or oligo(lysine, arginine). A pharmaceutical composition comprises the cell-transducing transport domain-p53 fusion protein as an effective component and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.
