摘要

PURPOSE: A fuel saving low pollution combustion system is provided to atomize oil particles from explosion of water particles by burning efficiently in surrounding water with oil particles such as waste oil or heavy oil, and to prevent pollution by burning fuel at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A combustion system for supplying and burning heavy oil or waste oil in a burner of a boiler is composed of a water tank(12) storing water, a fuel tank(24) storing fuel such as heavy oil or waste oil, a chemical tank(30) storing emulsifying fuel additives, pumping units(14,22,32) joining mixture into one pipe by pumping contents from the water tank, the fuel tank and the chemical tank, and a mixing pipe(40) supplying mixture to the burner by crushing and atomizing confluence mixture particles from the pumping units at high pressure with friction. Indefinite crushing pins are formed in the inner wall of the mixing pipe to crush and atomize particles with friction.
