PREPARATION OF SWEET POTATO CHEESE STICK BY MIXING RICE AND SWEET POTATO POWDER AND INSERTING MOZZARELLA CHEESE THEREINTO

PURPOSE: A method of making a sweet potato cheese stick by kneading cheddar cheese with a steamed mixture of rice and sweet potato powder and inserting mozzarella cheese or a mixture of mozzarella cheese and the sweet potato mixture into the center part is provided. The sweet potato cheese stick is disposed at the edge of pizza to diversify the taste of pizza and creates decorative effect. CONSTITUTION: The sweet potato cheese stick(200) is composed of: a rice cake portion(202); and a cheese stick portion(201) which contains cheese or a mixture of cheese and sweet potatoes at the center part and is positioned in the longitudinal direction in a weight ratio of 95:5 to 80:20. The cheese of the cheese stick portion is mozzarella cheese and the cheese of the rice cake portion is cheddar cheese. The rice cake portion contains 100 parts by weight of rice, 10 to 30 parts by weight of sweet potatoes containing white sweet potatoes and color potatoes in a weight ratio of 6:4 to 78:2, 10 to 20 parts by weight of starch and 15 to 25 parts by weight of cheese around the cheese stick.
