PURPOSE: A forming roller for making a construction panel having a latticed compartment is provided to form a compartment by a partition and to set up the partition erectly by executing vacuum-forming and cooling operations at the same time. CONSTITUTION: In a forming roller for making a construction panel having a latticed compartment, melted panel resin extruded from an extruder is formed into partitions and compartments on upper and lower sides by cut grooves(7) formed on the outer surface of the forming roller. The partition is vacuum-formed by a vacuum suction hole(6) arranged at the inner end of the cut groove of the forming roller to keep a constant shape. The vacuum suction hole is connected with a vacuum line(8). A cooling hole(9) is formed between the vacuum lines to refrigerate the partition.
