SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ISSUING/PROCESSING ELECTRICALLY WRITABLE INTERNATIONAL GIFT CERTIFICATE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for issuing/processing an electrically writable international gift certificate are provided to internationally use the gift certificate without an identification procedure like cash by making the gift certificate pay billed expense according to goods purchase or charged service use in other country. CONSTITUTION: Gift certificate issuers(A1-An) issue the gift certificate(10) storing a fixed price and internationally authorized gift certificate information. Gift certificate inquirers(B1-Bn) enable the settlement by inquiring the gift certificate information. Gift certificate managing servers(C1-Cn) enable issuance of the gift certificate by providing the internationally authorized gift certificate information to each gift certificate issuer and enable the settlement according to inquiry of each gift certificate inquirer. Gift certificate certification servers(E1-En) perform a certification process for an inquiry request of the gift certificate inquirer by having certification information of the gift certificate issued from the gift certificate issuers. A main management server(12) generally manages the gift certificate information of worldwide countries managed by each gift certificate manager.
