PURPOSE: A method for outputting a voice announcement message of a mobile terminal is provided to solve a problem that a user can be bored by the same voice generated from a mobile terminal when the user uses the mobile terminal for a long time. CONSTITUTION: When a terminal manufacturer stores a plurality of voice announcement messages in a mobile terminal, and then provides a user with the terminal, a user selects a desired voice announcement message by manipulating a menu(1). If a provider provides a voice announcement message contents service, the user is connected to a wireless telephone network so as to be connected with a voice announcement message providing server, selects a voice announcement message from a desired message group, and receives it through a downloading process(2). If the mobile terminal itself provides a recording function or a computer link function, the user can personally record a desired announcement message in his/her voice or links an announcement message which has been edited in a computer and receives it through a downloading process(3). A voice announcement message with respect to every situation that can be designated in the mobile terminal is set by repeatedly performing the process for selecting the voice announcement message. After the voice announcement message is completely set, an operation situation of the mobile terminal is detected and a voice announcement message according to the corresponding situation is outputted.
