Purpose: when one end of a line is pulled on a ship, a underwater hook tender is arranged to reduce the removal cost of discarded rope and the time crossing of consuming. Construction: a underwater hook tender includes a main body (10), a guide groove (G), a variable cutter (C1), a fixed cutting tool and a line (W). Main body makes a hollow portion (11) pass through a rope. Guide groove is formed by the inner surface for penetrating outer surface and main body. By combining one end, variable cutter is vertically rotated in hollow portion by guide groove, with the rotary pin in main body and the connection other end with line. Fixed cutting tool is installed in the corresponding position in the inner circumference of the main body passed through with variable cutter. The other end of that end of line and the part of main body and variable cutter connects. The other end of line is connect to generate and attract with a driving part. To which discarded rope is easily cut.
