Purpose: a refrigerant charging device of an air-conditioning is arranged to that the attachment of the compressor in terms of by converting liquid refrigerant compression fluid to enter gas and performance is caused to decline after being limited in injection refrigerant. Construction a: refrigerant charging device, the main tube (T) for entering an air-conditioning for injecting refrigerant from a charge port (2) to gas tube (1), has a throttling set (6) for the centre for the gas tube for being placed on the phase-change liquid refrigerant for being injected into gas from charge port and is inserted into gaseous refrigerant and enter main tube. Throttling set is a hole. Throttling set is fixed in gas tube by the way that the roll form unit of gas tube is arranged in. The slype that the liquid refrigerant being inserted into gas tube passes through throttling set is that phase transformation enters gas bypassing.
