PURPOSE: A black-box for detecting a driving state of a vehicle and a driving safety management system for the vehicle using the same through the Internet are provided to inform the safety management system on the web of detection values of sensors during driving, manage a report and data for the driving of each vehicle, and offer basis data for driving habits and accident prevention. CONSTITUTION: A detected signal recognizer(210) receives/recognizes the detected signal generated from the sensors(100) sensing the driving state of the vehicle. A GPS(Global Positioning System) communicator(221) receives position information generated from a satellite. A CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) communicator(222) transmits the driving state information of the vehicle obtained from the detected signal recognizer and the GPS communicator to the wireless communication network. A signal converter(230) manages I/O(Input/Output) data of the GPS or CDMA communicator. A CPU(280) collects/arranges the driving state information of the vehicle into each position received from the signal converter and the GPS communicator, and transmits it to the wireless communication network.
