METHOD FOR PREPARING AMORPHOUS METAL POWDER FOR SOFT MAGNETIC CORE HAVING SUPERIOR DIRECT CURRENT OVERLAPPING PROPERTY BY MILLING Fe-BASED AMORPHOUS METAL RIBBON AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SOFT MAGNETIC CORE USING AMORPHOUS METAL POWDER
PURPOSE: To provide a method for preparing Fe-based amorphous metal powder having excellent direct current overlapping property and good core loss in high current obtained by milling an amorphous ribbon prepared by the rapid solidification process, and method for preparing a soft magnetic core using the Fe-based amorphous metal powder. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a soft magnetic core comprises a step of preheating an Fe-based amorphous metal ribbon; a step of obtaining amorphous metal powder by milling the amorphous metal ribbon; a step of mixing the sorted amorphous metal powders to a powder particle size distribution having the optimum composition uniformity after sorting the amorphous metal powder; a step of molding a core after mixing a binder with the mixed amorphous metal powders; and a step of coating the annealed core with an insulation resin after annealing the molded core, wherein the amorphous metal ribbon is prepared by a rapid solidification method, wherein the powder particle size distribution comprises 35 to 45% of amorphous metal powder passing through a sieve size of -100 to +140 mesh and 55 to 65% of amorphous metal powder passing through a sieve size of -140 to +200 mesh, wherein the binder contains 0.5 to 2 wt.% of phenol, polyamide or epoxy, and wherein the annealing process is performed at a temperature of 300 to 500 deg.C at an atmospheric atmosphere for 0.3 to 4.3 hour.
