ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENT DISPLAY DEVICE USING ANODE SURFACE MODIFIED LAYER, CAPABLE OF FACILITATING THE MANUFACTURE OF LARGE-SIZED DISPLAY ELEMENTS BY FORMING HIGH MOLECULE SUPER-THIN FILM THROUGH USING SOLUTION COATING PROCESS
PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent display device using an anode surface reforming layer is provided to facilitate the manufacture of large-sized display elements by forming a high molecule super-thin film through a solution coating process such as a spin coating method. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescent display device includes a substrate(1), a first electrode(2), a high molecule anode surface modified layer(3), a light emitting layer(6), and a second electrode(10). The first electrode is formed on the substrate. The high molecule anode surface modified layer is made of a material selected from the group consisting of a general high molecule, a refractory high molecule, and a fluorine-high molecule having more than one functional group. The light emitting layer is formed on a surface of the high molecule anode surface modified layer. The second electrode is formed on the light emitting layer.
