PURPOSE: A circuit error detection system of a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to perform rapid recovery by indicating circuit error like operation error of a corresponding load and short-circuit to a driver. CONSTITUTION: An MCU(10) controls the overall operation of a vehicle, and outputs a signal controlling the operation of a corresponding load according to a random load operation selection signal detected by CAN communication, and detects an error of a load and a wire connecting the load by analyzing a sensing current detected according to the operation of the corresponding load. An IPS(Intelligent Power Supply)(20) supplies supply power to the corresponding load by being switched according to a load operation signal of the MCU, and outputs the sensing current according to the operation of the corresponding load as a feedback signal. A MUX/DEMUX(40) multiplexes the feedback sensing current from each unit in the vehicle, and outputs the sensing current as to the corresponding load selectively according to the selection signal applied from the MCU. And a display part(50) is connected to the MCU by CAN communication, and displays diagnosis information of the load and the wire.
