PURPOSE: A cooker handle with a utensil holder is provided to use the cooker and the utensil conveniently and sanitarily by placing the utensils on the utensil holder of the handle, and to prevent the finger from getting burned in holding the handle of the cooker by restricting the handle from being heated. CONSTITUTION: A containing part(4) is formed in the rear upper part of a handle(2) of a cooker(3) to store a utensil holder(1), and a spring plunger(5) is embedded in the handle of the cooker to expose a ball portion. The utensil holder is installed in the containing part and turned by a shaft pin(7). A ball groove and a fitting hole are formed in the utensil holder. The utensil holder is turned around the shaft pin and protruded out of the handle of the cooker by pressing the front of the utensil holder to the right or the left, and utensils are arranged on the utensil holder and the cooker.
