DRUM-TYPE WASHING MACHINE FOR INCREASING CONVENIENCE TO INSERT/TAKE OUT THE LAUNDRY BY INCLINING A SHAFT OF A ROTARY DRUM AND FOR IMPROVING CLEANING EFFICIENCY BY UNIFORMLY STIRRING THE LAUNDRY

PURPOSE: A drum-type washing machine is provided to make easier to take in/out the laundry by higher opening part of washing machine through inclining a shaft of a rotary drum and to overcome a disadvantage of the existing drum-type washing machine with an inclined rotating shaft by stirring the crowded laundry in a lower part and enhancing uniformity of cleaning. CONSTITUTION: A drum-type washing machine is composed of a cylindrical rotary drum(2) arranged in a water tub(3) to have the rotating shaft sloping down from the front to the backside. Agitating protrusions(4) having a long top(4a) from a direction of the rotating shaft to a designated direction of the sloping angle are installed on plural places of the inner surface of the rotary drum in the washing machine. Each agitating protrusion comprises a base formed parallel to the rotating shaft to contact on the inner surface of the rotary drum. The left and right slopes(4c) from the base to the top are formed differently from each other. A height of the top of the agitating protrusion increases backwards and leans to the backside of the rotary drum.
