PRODUCTION OF AGAR WITH HOT AIR DRYING APPARATUS FOR DEHYDRATING AGAR BY CENTRIFUGAL FORCE AND DRYING BY HOT AIR AT THE SAME TIME

PURPOSE: A method for producing agar with a hot air drying apparatus by putting agar into the interior of a cylinder and then passing through hot air is provided. The method can dehydrate agar by a centrifugal force and dry it by hot air at the same time and therefore can produce dried agar sanitarily within a short time while reducing its volume. CONSTITUTION: The hot air drying apparatus for agar consists of: a rotary frame(10) which has a hollow cylindrical shape, is formed with a hot air supply hole(11) on one side of the upper part and a discharge hole(12) on one side of the lower part and installed with a lid(13) on the front side; a rotary container(20) which has a hollow cylindrical shape, is formed with a plurality of through-holes(21) and rotatably installed on the inside of the rotary frame to input agar; a discharge part connected to a water discharge hole(50) to discharge water; a circulation part for absorbing air, passing through the rotary container through a hot air supply hole and discharging to the outside through an exhaust passageway(41) installed on one side of the discharge part; a heating part(60) installed on the upper side of the rotary frame to heat air entered from the outside.
