SYSTEM FOR INQUIRING IDENTIFICATION USING DIVIDED BIOMETRIC INFORMATION AND ID CARD INQUIRING TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A system for inquiring identification using divided biometric information and an ID card inquiring terminal are provided to prevent illegal user even if a part of stored biometric information is hacked, as the biometric information is stored after division. CONSTITUTION: The ID cards(100) store ID card information including an ID card number. The ID card inquiring terminals(200) transmits the divided biometric information received from a biometric information input part to a divided biometric information managing center(400), transmits the ID card information to an ID inquiry server(300), and outputs an ID inquiry result according to a certification result from the ID inquiry server and a biometric information certification result from the divided biometric information managing center. The divided biometric information managing server stores the divided biometric information of each ID card user and transmits the biometric information certification result by comparing the biometric information received from the ID card inquiry terminal with the stored divided biometric information.
