PURPOSE: A backside projecting apparatus for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) projector, a car on which the backside projecting apparatus is mounted, and an outdoor electric sign board including the backside projecting apparatus are provided to prevent diffused reflection of light from an optical screen by attaching a honeycomb film to plastic optical fiber cable screen cells, to thereby obtain distinct pictures. CONSTITUTION: A backside projecting apparatus for an LCD projector includes a set top box(210) for outputting a video signal, an LCD projector(10) for converting the video signal output from the set top box into a light beam, and the first reflecting mirror(70) for reflecting an image projected from the LCD projector. The apparatus further includes the second reflecting mirror(80) for reflecting the image reflected by the first reflecting mirror to a plastic optical fiber cable screen(90), and the plastic optical fiber cable screen forming plastic optical fiber cable screen cells. A honeycomb film is attached onto the plastic optical filter cable screen.
