PURPOSE: A method for preparing alcoholic liquor using nanofiltration is provided, thereby effectively removing hangover causing components and other impurities from the alcoholic liquor, so that the taste and flavor of the alcoholic liquor can be improved. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing alcoholic liquor using nanofiltration comprises the steps of: (a) adding 100 to 2,000 ppm of active carbon into water and storing it for 1 to 5 hours; (b) micro-filtering the active carbon treated water with a filter with pore size of 0.05 to 20 micrometer; (c) treating the micro-filtered water with far infrared ray in a flow rate of 5 to 40 m3; (d) diluting the undiluted alcoholic liquor with the micro-filtered water to 30 to 60 wt.% of alcohol content; (e) adding 100 to 2,000 ppm of active carbon into the diluted alcoholic liquor and storing it for 1 to 5 hours; (f) micro-filtering the active carbon treated, diluted alcoholic liquor with a filter with pore size of 0.05 to 20 micrometer; (g) diluting the micro-filtered, undiluted alcoholic liquor with the micro-filtered water to 20 to 30 wt.% of alcohol content; (h) nano-filtering the diluted alcoholic liquor with a nano-filter of fractioning molecular weight of 350 to 1,500 Da at the pressure of 0.5 to 20Mpa and the temperature of 5 to 20 deg. C; (i) adding nano-filtered water or nano-filtered undiluted alcoholic liquor into the nano-filtered, diluted alcoholic liquor to regulate the final alcohol content to 5 to 25 wt.%; and adding additives into the alcohol content regulated, nano-filtered, diluted alcoholic liquor.
