PURPOSE: A bed mattress having a bendable structure, is provided to minimize the fatigue of the mattress bending portion by using a homogeneous dispersion effect of a bending moment, to help a user to stably lie on bed by reinforcing support strength of the bending portion, and to improve the using convenience with an improved cushion. CONSTITUTION: The bed mattress includes: an upper/lower body(10,20), separately manufactured in such a manner that Palm or coconut fiber is compressed to a determined density and configuring a mattress body(1) whose upper and lower side have many bending grooves(11,21) of a concave form respectively; a bar-shaped filling member(30), having sections of the same size as the bending grooves(11,21) to be adhered to the latter as a one body; and a core layer(40), configured as a one body between the upper and lower bodies(10,20) by being compressed with relatively higher density than that of the latter(10,20) and having a determined thickness.
