PURPOSE: A urine removing device having a medical effect is provided to move up and down according to the height of users and to obtain the medical effect such as a negative ion and far infrared rays by a negative ion emitting unit and a far infrared lamp. CONSTITUTION: A urine removing device having a medical effect is composed of a guide rail(110) mounted at one side of the front side of a urinal body(1); a urine removing unit(120) installed at the urinal body to lift along the guide rail; and a lift driving unit disposed in the urine removing unit and the guide rail to lift up and down the urine removing unit. A stepped space portion(101) is formed in the font side of the urinal body. The guide rail is formed in the stepped space portion. A cover(104) is selectively covered on the stepped space portion.
