PRESERVATION OF CABBAGE WITH SALT USING MOVABLE TYPE RAPID CABBAGE SALTING APPARATUS WHICH IS MOUNTED ON VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A method of preserving cabbage with salt using a movable type rapid cabbage salting apparatus is provided. The salting apparatus is mounted on a vehicle, easy to install, remove and transport and has a plurality of salting tanks in a load carrying box to salt the cabbage while maintaining the temperature of salting tanks at a desired temperature. CONSTITUTION: The movable type apparatus(20) for rapidly salting cabbage consists of: a load carrying box(30); a plurality of salting tanks(40) installed in the load carrying box to receive saline water(W); a cabbage salting mesh net in the salting tanks; a vacuum pump(52) installed between a vehicle engine and the load carrying box; a vacuum pipe(54) disposed at the distal end of the hoist; and a vacuum cover(50) mounted on the salting tanks. The salting apparatus is mounted on a vehicle(70) with a hoist apparatus(80) in one piece. The saline water is maintained at 10 to 60deg.C by the operation of a heat exchanger(60), the pressure of the salting tanks is maintained at 10 to 200torr.
