PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional film for transfer for applying a functional layer uniform in thickness and having a high function to the surface of even matter inferior to flexibility like a plate material and not having an easily adhesive layer on its surface with good adhesion by transfer, a method for forming the functional layer to the surface of the matter and the matter having the functional layer applied to its surface.;SOLUTION: The functional film for transfer is constituted by providing the functional layer 4, which is peelable from a support 1 and a compression layer of functional fine particles, on the support 1 and providing an adhesive layer 5 comprising an adhesive composition, which contains a curable component (A) and a polyester polyurethane resin (P), on the functional layer 4. The functional film for transfer is laminated on the surface of target matter, to which the functional layer must be applied, through the adhesive layer 5 so that the support 1 becomes outside and the adhesive layer 5 is cured after lamination while the support 1 is peeled to form the functional layer on the surface of the matter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
