The present invention greatly improves the conventional hot process by growing a thing, easily zinc nanorods oxide on a substrate used as a device at a low temperature and a nanowire according to the production method of the zinc oxide nanorods and nanowires using vapor deposition method as a simple reaction easily it can be grown to high quality having a uniform length nanorods and nanowires. Also can make use of the nanorod growth by varying the growth substrate of silicon, glass, quartz, alumina or the like for a variety of purposes.
