The invention of the micro (ultra-fine) or a nano (nano) carbide material (WC-Co) with a powder or standing metteu (Ti (CN) -WC-MC-Ni / Co) before molding to the sintering of the powder adjust the shape and to the molding under low forming pressure to a technique for improving the final sintered density. More particularly, to FIG obtain a high density sintered body with high hardness enabling molding at a low pressure by molding a mixture of a powder and the non-heat-treated raw material powder subjected to heat treatment at below the sintering temperature at a constant rate.; Unlike the conventional simple uniaxial press-molding in the present invention, molding the mixture of powders is not heat-treated powder and a heat treatment at a lower pressure. When performing the sintering by using the present invention, to obtain a dense sintered body it is considerably improved than a relative sintered density in the case not using the present invention and is a densification of the nano powder in a cost-effective manner possible.
