PURPOSE: An outer tension reinforcement device of a bridge beam is provided to prevent the deflection of a bridge beam by tensioning an outer steel wire easily and to reinforce against the damage. CONSTITUTION: The outer tension reinforcement device of a bridge beam contains: a pair of anchor plates(15) fixed to both ends of a bridge beam(12); a pair of hinge units(31,41) fixed to be hinged on the base of the bridge beam(12) by hinge rotary shafts(32,42); and center support bars(62) fixed to a center support plate(61) located on the intermediate base of the bridge beam(12). Wherein the hinge units(31,41) are formed in the L-shape and provided with long-distance ends(33,43) located far from hinge rotary shafts(32,42) and short-distance ends(34,44) located near to the hinge rotary shafts(32,42), the long-distance ends(33,43) are connected to the anchor plates(15) by steel wires(52,53), and the short-distance ends(34,44) of one of hinge units(31,41) are connected to short-distances(44,34) of another hinge units(41,31).
