PURPOSE: An external tension reinforcement device of a bridge beam is provided to prevent the deflection of a bridge beam by tensioning an external steel wire easily and reinforcing doubly with a reinforcing steel wire. CONSTITUTION: The external tension reinforcement device of a bridge beam contains: a pair of end anchorages(20) fixed to both upper ends of a bridge beam(2); a pair of intermediate anchorages located to the lower side of the bridge beam(2); a primary steel wire connecting a pair of end anchorages(20) mutually at the tensioned state through a pair of intermediate anchorages; and reinforcing steel wires(74) connecting a pair of intermediate anchorages mutually at the tensioned state, wherein the bridge beam(2) is tensioned/reinforced by controlling the fixed location of the intermediate anchorages appropriately.
