WEB-BASED BUSINESS MANAGING SYSTEM THROUGH ELECTRONIC APPROVAL SYSTEM USING MESSAGE INCLUDING DOCUMENT NUMBER AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A web-based business managing system through an electronic approval system using a message including a document number and a method thereof are provided to facilitate document check by transmitting the message for requesting cooperation to concerned parties and directly connecting the document if each receiver clicks the document number of the corresponding document included in the message. CONSTITUTION: A document maker(10) makes the document by using compilation and diverse document forms. A table maker(20) makes a schedule, a business order, and a period-finish of a business by using diverse table forms. A document database(11) stores the electronic documents made from the document maker. A following document maker(13) makes the following documents if the made electronic document is added or modified by business progress. The document maker automatically generates the document number to identify the made document if the made document is registered. As the document number is formed in a link form, the document is automatically connected if the document number included in a reference document for other document or the message is clicked.
