Method of producing powder of soybean using microwave drier

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of producing powder of soybean using a microwave drier. The prepared powder of soybeans has no beany smell, while having high digestion rate of 99% and excellent prevention effect on chronic diseases. It also has long term preservation and is thus mass-produced. CONSTITUTION: A method of producing powder of soybean using microwave drier characteristically comprises the steps of: drying fresh soybeans; separating the skin and cotyledon of the soybeans; drying the cotyledon and pulverizing it; drying crude powder of the cotyledon; and finely pulverizing and drying it.
