Plant unit of producing powder of soybean using microwave drier

摘要

PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing fresh soybean powder using a microwave di-electric heating and drying method is provided, thereby minimizing the denaturation of the fresh soybean powder and producing the fresh soybean powder having high quality. CONSTITUTION: Fresh soybean powder is manufactured by the steps of: drying fresh soybeans; separating the skin and cotyledon of soybeans; drying the cotyledon and pulverizing it; drying the crude powder, followed by finely pulverization; and drying the fine powder.
