PURPOSE: Provided is a stay filter for edible oil deposit, the filter having high purification efficiency by preventing clogging of mesh of a filter. CONSTITUTION: The stay filter comprises a filtration unit with a circular cylinder, a filter cloth and mesh filter provided in the cylinder, stay bars(19b) being arranged under the mesh filter and having a plurality of holes(19c) penetrating the bars(19b) in perpendicular to the length of the bars(19b), a frame(19a) surrounding the bars(19b).
