PURPOSE: Provided is a method for cultivating Grifola Frondosa by using saw dust as main ingredient and nutritive, thereby culturing Grifola Frondosa for a short period with a high yield. CONSTITUTION: The method for culturing Grifola Frondosa is characterized by controlling luminous intensity to 0.001Lux to 50Lux and carbonic acid gas concentration to 2500ppm as the growth condition of Grifola Frondosa.
