A method of designing an analog and digital coexistent circuit in a VGA (Video Graphics Array) system is provided to prevent an analog circuit from being interfered by a noise of a digital circuit. A power supply line(Vcc) and a ground line(GND) are connected to an integrated circuit(10), which is connected to both ends of a bypass condenser(12). A condenser(14) having low capacity is connected to the bypass condenser in parallel. Ground lines of a digital circuit and an analog circuit are separated from each other and then grounded at one common point.
