PURPOSE: A method of making meat boiled in plain water(baeksuk) using Gastrodiae Rhizoma peanuts, black beans, Tricholoma matsutake and duck or chicken as a main component is provided. The product has effects of recovering from fatigue, reducing a hangover, removing various toxicities from the human body as well as diuretic action. CONSTITUTION: To produce the titled dish, 1.5 to 1.8kg dressed chicken or 2 to 3kg dressed duck is heated with 2.8L water, 50g sliced Gastrodiae Rhizoma, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon(10g) peanuts powder, 1 tablespoon(10g) black beans and 20g sweet potato in a pressure kettle, followed by removing meat. The meat and soup are introduced into an earthenware pot(ttukpaegi), added with a small amount of sliced Fructus Jujubae, 3g Gastrodiae Rhizoma powder, 5g natural Tricholoma matsutake, 5 to 10 pine nuts, 10 to 20 sunflower seeds and 2g sesame and heated for about 5min.
