Method for production of fat removal sesame powder from sesame and fat removal powder thereof

PURPOSE: A method of preparing defatted sesame seed powder by extracting ground sesame seeds in hexane or supercritical carbon dioxide is provided. It removes lipid from sesame seed in high efficiency without causing denaturation of other components. CONSTITUTION: Sesame seeds are ground to 0.42 to 1.25mm in size, heated at 80 to 200deg.C and extracted in hexane or supercritical carbon dioxide in a continuous countercurrent extractor containing a screw conveyor(8), a CO2-oil separator(3), a heat exchanger, a line pump(9) and a SUS screen(10). The supercritical carbon dioxide is maintained at 40 to 80deg.C at 300 to 550atm.
