Diagnosis of Female Sterility Using Protein PrxII As Diagnostic Marker

PURPOSE: A diagnostic method of female mammal sterility using protein PrxII as a diagnostic marker is provided, thereby accurately and rapidly diagnosing the female mammal sterility by early menopause. CONSTITUTION: A protein PrxII is used for diagnosis of female mammal sterility as a diagnostic marker, wherein the sterility is caused by early menopause; the mammal is human; and the mammal is pet, large animal or specific animal. A composition for diagnosis of female mammal sterility contains an antibody to protein PrxII. A kit for diagnosis of female mammal sterility contains the antibody to protein PrxII. A diagnostic method of female mammal sterility using protein PrxII as a diagnostic marker comprises the steps of: (a) collecting a serum sample from mammal; (b) detecting protein PrxII from the collected serum sample; and (c) determining female sterility caused by early menopause when the protein PrxII is detected.
