PURPOSE: A bead for attaching a heat insulating board and an outer wall insulating method using the bead are provided to restrict minimally the separation of the heat insulating board and to execute construction even in receiving vibration. CONSTITUTION: A bead(2) for attaching a heat insulating board(102) has first and second plates(4,6) formed at right angle to each other and extended longitudinally. The first plate is fixed to a concrete wall body(100) by an anchor bolt(8). The heat insulating board of which the lateral side faces the second plate is fixed to the wall body by a combining unit such as a screw nail(12). Accordingly, the heat insulating board is firmly stuck on the wall body. Thrust pieces(16) driving through the soft heat insulating board are integrally protruded at the first or second plate.
