FIELD: veterinary medicine, experimental morphology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with studying destructive processes occurring with bones in animals. Isolated sections of subchondral bones' surfaces should be fixed with the help of acryl-cement in metal frames to be placed into experimental cell of vibrotribometer "Optimol-SRV" (Germany-Switzerland) at automatic registration of power loading and constant linear rate (mm/sec), 100 H scale and movement rate of 4 cm/min, moreover, friction plays the role of destructive power, and as a lubricant between rubbing surfaces of articular fragments one should apply indifferent liquid - running (distilled) water. The present innovation enables to develop the model where friction plays the role of destructive power, pressure power is taken into account. As a result, this innovation simplifies standardization of trials conducted and shortens the time for method implementation.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.
