FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves studying patient saliva. Shock degree is determined from saliva quantity secreted per 1 min as given patient discharge. Shock duration prognosis is determined after having adjusted severity degree by interpreting the value of T=1/X, where X is the given patient discharge. Saliva test value being from 850 to 924 s, T being from 14.1 to 15.4 h, clinical course of I degree shock of favorable outcome is to be predicted. Saliva test value being from 1092 to 1625 s, T being from 15.5 to 18.2 h, clinical course of II degree shock of favorable outcome is to be predicted. Saliva test value being from 1626 to 1830 s, T being from 27.1 to 30.3 h, clinical course of III degree shock of favorable outcome is to be predicted. Shock duration being found greater than 30.5 h, unfavorable outcome of shock course is to be predicted.;EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis in pre-hospital period.;1 dwg
