METHOD FOR RESECTION, CORRECTION OF KYPHOTIC DEFORMATION, CORPOROPLASTY, SPONDYLOCORPORODESIS AT TUBERCULAR SPONDYLITIS OF LUMBOVERTEBRAL DEPARTMENT

FIELD: medicine, phthisiosurgery.;SUBSTANCE: due to posterior-lateral extraperitoneal access from left side one should reach lumbovertebral department, between lumbar arteries and veins one should develop access-defect of lateral surface of vertebral body, through which one should remove affected cancellous substance, sequestra and purulent-necrotic masses up to healthy cancellous tissue; with devices for reclination and extension one should treat kyphotic deformation of lumbovertebral department, postoperational cavity should be filled with special mass consisted of osseous parts, antibiotics, hemostatic sponge, calcium salts, extract of coniferous needles and branches and other elements that favor bony regeneration; due to introducing long autotransplants into the cavity one should perform anterior spondylocorporodesis, the defect of lateral surface of vertebral body should be covered with osseous plate and closed with a large round lumbar muscle. By layers one should apply sutures onto operational wound and to keep the achieved correction of vertebral deformation - between each other one should bind Dacron bands applied through the openings of spinous processes, their ends should be tightened together being above the interlayer that develops optimal conditions for tissue regeneration in postoperational period.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;1 cl, 3 dwg
