METHOD FOR TREATING DUODENAL STUMP IN CASE OF PENETRATING DUODENAL ULCER

FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should isolate duodenum, form the cone out of duodenal stump due to applying interrupted sutures from opposite angle against ulcerous niche, introduce the cone into one of the purse-string sutures due to capturing intestinal wall disconnected with the bottom of ulcerous defect, withdraw the ends of ligature for 1-2 cm below cone's angle and make the knot from the side being opposite to ulcerous defect. In peculiar case, the bottom of ulcerous defect should be sutured individually. The method enables to prevent circulatory disorders in the stump.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;1 cl, 5 dwg, 2 ex
