METHOD FOR EVALUATING DISADAPTIVE ALTERATIONS IN LUNGS

FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics.;SUBSTANCE: one should register rheographic curves of respiratory minute volume (RMV) and pulmonary minute pulse circulation (MPC) at altered position in a patient under testing. Rheographic curves from the upper pulmonary departments should be registered in patient's sitting position and back lying position. Rheograms of the lower pulmonary departments should be registered in patient's side lying position being opposite to the lung under testing and in back lying position. If values for RMV and MPC growth at altered positions correspond, correspondingly, to 18% and 40%, one should consider functional pulmonary reserves to be decreased. One should conclude upon the character of disadaptive alterations according to decreased functional reserves in the upper and the lower pulmonary departments.;EFFECT: more objective evaluation of disadaptive pulmonary alterations.;3 ex
