FIELD: fish industry, in particular, fish rearing.;SUBSTANCE: method involves providing parenteral introduction of gonadotropic preparation into fish organism for accelerating and synchronizing maturation of reproductive products, in particular, spawn or sperm, before selection of reproductive products, with following impregnation of spawn; eliminating glue from impregnated spawn; incubating glue-free spawn and growing hatched larvae; additionally introducing oxidized glutathione or glutathione-based pharmaceutical compositions 1-5 days before selection of reproductive products in an amount of 0.1-10 mg of oxidized glutathione per 1 kg of weight of fish, said glutathione or glutathione-based compositions being introduced before introducing of gonadotropic preparation.;EFFECT: increased efficiency in reproducing of spawn and increasing population of valuable kinds of fish, improved safety, no toxicity owing to usage of harmless oxidized glutathione or glutathione-based pharmaceutical preparations.;14 cl, 2 tbl
