The device (1) comprises two horizontal elements (2) serving as bridges between a stationary vertical part (3) and a long vertical bolt (8). One of the elements (2) is inserted at the lower end of the module (1), the second on top, holding the clamping device. The bridges (2) are secured to the stationary element (3) with bolts (4) accommodated with their heads in stepped bores (5). The opposite side of the bridges (2) is penetrated by the long bolt (8) guided though the upper bridge (2) with its head also accommodated in a stepped bore (15) and through a bore (15) in the lower bridge (2) exceeding from it with its threaded lower end (18, 19).
