摘要
A non-invasive hemoglobin meter uses a color chart obtained from macro photographs of the palpebral conjunctiva of a number of patients, computer-printed to show a range of red colors that indicate levels of hemoglobin present in a patient's red blood cells. A non-invasive hemoglobin meter uses a color chart obtained from macro photographs of the palpebral conjunctiva of a number of patients, computer-printed to show a range of red colors that indicate levels of haemoglobin present in a patient's red blood cells. By pulling down the lower eyelid with the fingers of one hand, a doctor (or the patient) is able to compare the color of the exposed palpebral conjunctiva with the colors on the chart, giving an indication of the hemoglobin level.
