The bearing has a body (2) exhibiting a spherical profile (5) in a radial direction. A shaft (3) exhibits a recess (6) complementary to the profile in a bearing axial section or bearing area. The body and shaft contain a thermoplastic material. A bearing gap (4) is created between the body and shaft. Bent or inclination of the shaft is smaller than the gap when it is subjected to a load. An independent claim is also included for a procedure for manufacturing a slide bearing.
