The device has at least one sensor (05) on a first side of the path (02) and a supporting element (01) surface (10) for guiding the path with micro-openings (03) enabling a fluid under pressure to escape. The supporting element is arranged on the second side of the path so that the supporting element and the sensor are opposed and the surface facing the path is at least slightly enclosed by the path.
