The lower shaft area (12), the upper shaft area (13), and the toe segment (14) are made of a single piece of leather or any other suitable material. The triangular toe area (14) is folded over and sewn to the front edges of the upper shaft part (13). A central seam (17) exceeds from the tip of the triangle (16) leading to the foot insertion opening (18). All seams (15, 17) are arranged in order not to apply pressure on the ball area. The rear part (19) is also fastened with a seam and the opening surrounded by a trimming (20).
