The milk jug (1) is provided with a large recess (3) at one side accessible from the bottom and suitable for the accommodation of a sugar or sweetener container. The container is held in a wire frame (4) fitted with a leaf spring (4, 4.1, 4.1.1, 4.1.2) attached to the upper end of the frame (4) and resting against the lateral wall (3.1) of the accommodation space (3). A second spring (6) is joined with a cord (7) to an operating button (8) at the outer surface of the jug (1) to be pressed in order to release the sugar container.
