The sensor arm has an aperture which admits a curved rod (27) projecting from the claw when the sensor arm is pushed back into the lock housing. An electric motor (12) may move an actuator rod (4), controlled by a main lock with a handle (11). It may move a spring-loaded (8) claw (7) on a sliding pivot (26) inside the lock housing when the door is closed.
